1) Overview

At BELETIER, each piece is crafted to order to ensure the highest standards of quality and exclusivity. We partner with trusted global fulfillment specialists to deliver your items securely and efficiently. Carrier selection may vary by destination and product, and specific postal or courier services are determined by our logistics partners.

Cost of Shipping

For shipping destinations within the European Union a shipping fee of EUR 3,00 or equivalent will be charged. Exceptions include special discount promotions or similar offers

2) Order Processing & Production

  • Processing time: 0–2 business days to transmit and validate the order with our production partners.
  • Production time: Typically 2–7 business days, depending on product type, print method, and facility workload.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays at the production facility or carrier.

We will notify you if we anticipate unusual delays (e.g., peak seasons, supply constraints, or force majeure).

 

3) Shipping Methods & Carriers

·         Carrier selection: Our fulfillment partners select carriers (postal services, couriers, or last‑mile partners) based on destination, service level, and operational considerations. We do not control the specific carrier used for each shipment.

  •          Service levels: Standard, Expedited, or Express options may be offered at checkout (availability varies by destination and product).
  •          Tracking: Provided for most destinations and service levels. Some postal services offer limited tracking updates or scan events.

 

4) Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery = Production time + Transit time. Transit time varies by region and carrier.

Typical transit estimates (non‑binding):

  • Domestic (same‑country as production facility): 2–6 business days after dispatch
  • Regional (same continent): 3–10 business days after dispatch
  • International (cross‑border): 5–21 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas may take longer. Public holidays and customs clearance can add extra days.

The timeframes above are guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee.

Legal delivery commitment. Unless we agree a different date in your order confirmation, we will deliver without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the contract date. If we fail to deliver by the agreed date or within 30 days, you may call upon us to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances; if we still fail, you are entitled to terminate the contract and we will reimburse all sums paid without undue delay. Where delivery by or on a specified date is essential and we fail to meet it, you may terminate immediately.

 

5) Shipping Fees

  •          Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product, destination, and service level.
  •          Promotional free shipping (if offered) applies as stated in the promotion terms.

 

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  •          EU deliveries (intraEU customs union): Shipments within the EU customs union are not subject to customs duties. Taxes (e.g., VAT) are shown at checkout where applicable. Some special territories may differ (e.g., certain islands/territories).
  •          NonEU deliveries: Customs inspections, import duties, VAT/GST or other fees may apply according to local law. These charges, if any, are payable by the recipient and are not collected by BELETIER unless explicitly stated.
  •          Customs processing can cause delays outside our control.

 

7) Address Accuracy & Delivery

  •          Customer responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and any local formatting requirements).
  •          Undeliverable/Returned parcels: If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship upon request; additional shipping fees may apply. Alternatively, we may offer a refund minus original shipping costs (where applicable) and minus production costs for customized items that cannot be restocked.
  •          PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Service availability varies by product and destination. Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
  •          For parcels returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship upon request (additional shipping fees may apply). Refunds (where applicable) will exclude original shipping costs and may exclude production costs for items that are clearly personalized and cannot be restocked.
    Note: where your statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds follow the legal rules (including refund of the least expensive standard delivery). Where an item is clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in line with EU law.

 

8) Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different facilities to optimize delivery speed. You will receive tracking for each parcel where available.

 

9) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before production: We can usually accommodate order edits or cancellations if requested promptly after purchase.
  • After production starts: Changes or cancellations may not be possible due to customization.
  • After dispatch: We cannot reroute parcels. If delivery fails, see Section 7.

10) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

A)     Marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Please check with household members, building management, and neighbors, and look in safe‑drop locations.
  • If still not found within 48 hours of the carrier’s “Delivered” scan, contact us. We’ll open a carrier investigation and may provide a replacement or resolution once the investigation concludes.
  • Porch piracy/theft: We will assist case‑by‑case; a police report or non‑delivery affidavit may be required.

B)     In‑transit delays

  • Weather, customs and peak seasons can extend transit times. We will monitor and assist; this does not affect your statutory remedies where legally required.

C)    Damaged items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with: order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.
  • Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to help us expedite resolution. This reporting window is for operational speed only and does not affect your statutory warranty rights under applicable law.

D)    Lost in transit

  • If tracking shows no movement for 14 consecutive days (domestic) or 21 consecutive days (international), contact us. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund per the claim outcome.

 

11) Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss & title (consumer orders). For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage passes only when the goods are delivered into your physical possession (or that of a person you designate who is not the carrier). If you choose to use a carrier, the risk remains with BELETIER until delivery to you. If you independently arrange your own carrier without using any option proposed by BELETIER, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier. Title passes alongside risk unless otherwise stated.

 

12) Restricted Destinations

Some products cannot ship to certain countries or regions due to carrier limitations, embargoes, sanctions, or regulatory controls.

We comply with applicable export laws and may cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped legally.

 

13) Force Majeure

BELETIER is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or carrier network disruptions). We will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill orders as soon as practicable.

 

14) Legal & Consumer Rights

This Shipping Policy is subject to and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Returns/Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights under applicable law (e.g., rights related to defective goods or mandated delivery timeframes where required by local consumer protection laws). Where such rights apply, we will honor them.
